Online counselling means you can talk in the privacy of your own place at a time that is convenient for you. It means you can save time through not having to travel and access therapy regardless of your geographical location. This is particularly useful for Business Executives who often work away from home or work long hours.
I offer a no obligation initial appointment where we can have a 15 minute video Discovery Call. After that, you can decide if you want to book any more sessions. It is important that you feel you can trust me to see whether you think I will be the right Online counsellor for you.

Zoom is software that enables people around the world to make free phone and video calls to each other using their computers, a web camera and an internet connection. Your Zoom call is at no cost to you.

It may be that you do not have the privacy for video counselling, and we can work using email or messenger, being mindful of the confidentiality of such services.
Payment is by card, when you book via the online calendar. A 60 minute session costs £100.
